R03B426/R04425 - single or multi threaded job queues?

Oracle's List of UBEs That Must Be Run Through Single Threaded Job Queues In EnterpriseOne [ID 626133.1] does not include the following two UBEs:
R03B426 - A/R Unrealized Gain/Loss Report
R04425   - A/P Unrealized Gain/Loss Report

Normally we think that any UBEs that are not on Oracle's list can be run in multi threaded job queues.  However, we have some concerns about whether these should be run in single threaded queues (or the same single threaded queue) because these UBEs create and post journal entries.

What is Oracle's official recommendation for these UBEs?
