Any way to enable auditing (fine grained auditing) when using active physical standby

We are trying to use active physical standby for reporting.  PCI requires that we audit all select statements on certain tables with a specific column.  When setting up FGA errors were encountered in the physical standby databases.  Any ideas on if this can be set up or perhaps some sort of workaround that will provide the same results?
