Upgrade from R12.1.1 to R12.1.3 - time estimate

We're in the early stages of an upgrade project.  We have an environment which has been upgraded from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.1, and now we'd like to patch it to 12.1.3 - however we're trying to schedule some testing activities as well.

Does anyone have a feel for how long the 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 upgrade should take?
