Accrual Rate

 Where is the 'Accrual Rate' field in the Revenue Line Details window setup? We have revenue of $200.00 generated from $100.00 of expenditures, no burden, and have traced it to the 'Accrual Rate' field, where the value in the field is '2'. I am stumped, I cannot find any info about this field in the Oracle Projects Implementation Guide, and limited info in the Users Guide.
