What are the key differences between Oracle Transportation Management (previously G-log) and the Transportation modules embedded within the eBusiness suite Oracle Transportation Planning and Oracle Transportation Execution?

What would be the drivers for implementing OTM as opposed to using the Oracle Transportation Execution / Planning?
