Attachments deleted in Oracle Apps(Front End) still visible on the MFS Laptop

Hello,

I have deleted the attachment in oracle apps for an SR but I can still see it on oracle mfs laptop....Here is what I tried

1) Created a SR/Task

2)Assigned the Task to FE

3) Attached a file to SR  from oracle apps

4) I can see the record in CSL_FND_LOBS_ACC

5) Synced the Laptop and i can see the attachment

6) Went into Oracle Apps and deleted the attachment and synced the laptop but I can still see the attachment on the laptop and the record does not get deleted from CSL_FND_LOBS_ACC....I was expecting the record to get deleted from csl_fnd_lobs_acc and the attachment should not be visible on the laptop since it has been deleted from Oracle Apps
