How to make the “Reason” field at PR or PO control form a required field?

Dear colleagues,

Could anyone advice me about below issue;

How to make the “Reason” field at PR or PO control form a mandatory – required - field to execute the control action such as “Final Close” or “Cancel Requisition”?

In details

(R) Purchasing Super User > (F) Requisition Summary > (M)Tools > Control

Current Form is "POXRQVRQ"

 

Currently: - Field "Reason" (PO_DOCON_CONTROL.REASON) is not required to execute "Cancel Requisition" Action

 

Requirement:- make the reason field is required without form customization
