Issues with R12 Vision environment

 We are currently in the analysis phase of upgrading Oracle EBS from 11.5.10.2 to R12.  We have installed a copy of the R12 Vision database in our dev environment and we are trying to get the concurrent manager started. The Internal Manager's node is hard coded to APPSUN17.

When starting with startmgr we get the error as shown in bottom
