Use Intermodal functionality in Transportation Management module 8.12

 We are trying to use Transportation Management module to solve the next scenario:

We have the next rates for a carrier:

 From Branch plant A to Zone 10 the rate is 100 USD

 From Branch plant A to Zone 20 the rate is 150 USD

 Intermodals for Zone 20

    From Branch plant A to Zone 10 the rate is 100 USD

    From Zone 10 to Zone 20 the rate is 50 USD

Cases:

  Case 1: One order from Branch A to Zone 20: The rate should be 150 USD (The rate without Intermodals)

  Case 2: Two orders using the Intermodal:

                  Order 1: From Branch A to Zone 10: The rate should be 100 USD

                  Order 2: From Branch A to Zone 20: The rate should be 50 USD
