HOW TO FIX "Lockbox Execution Report" is showing "ERROR Transmission record count does not equal num

Hello,
We are in R12 and are using the Lockbox functionality.
For today's Lockbox, our "Lockbox Execution Report" is showing "ERROR Transmission record count does not equal number of records" for one of the Record Identifier.
Please advise on the best way to fix this asap.
