Has anyone used batch bill and routing in repetivite rate schedule?

I have created a batch bill and routing for a quantity of 1200.  However, since I will be creating more than 20 work orders per day for batch of 1200, I was wondering whether I could use rate scheduling so that I do not have to have so many work orders.
