How to get a differential report of Bug Fixes when upgrading from 10.2.0.3 to 10.2.0.4, and 10.2.0.3

Dear community, Appologies if this is posted in the wrong section ( this is my 1st post.. )

We are on Oracle Database 10.2.0.3, platform AIX 64bit, and we would like to know the list of all bugs fixed if we go to 10.2.0.4 or terminal patch set 10.2.0.5?

For this I have located the following docs:

10.2.0.4 Patch Set - List of Bug Fixes by Problem Type [ID 401436.1]

10.2.0.5 Patch Set - List of Bug Fixes by Problem Type [ID 1088172.1]

I believe that Patch Sets are cumulative, however I havent been able to locate any Oracle documentation that states this. Can anyone point me in the direction of similar documentation?
