PN:Capital Leases

I am not a financial expert, but my user is concerned about the possible changes where all leases will have to be tracked as Capital leases.  Has anyone used OPN to track and pay Capital leases?

We currently have Operating and Capital leases. The issues with Captial Leases is holding up the decision as to install OPN or not.
