Oracle Critical Incidents

Dear Oracle Experts,

Please help me for getting rid of the error.

11gR1 database on 64bit WIndows 2008

Every day, I got EM alert by email -- 2 distinct types of incidents have been found.

It alway came with SYS_AUTO_SQL_TUNING_TASK run automatic SQL Tuning Advisor.

On my Alert_log for the error of last night

Begin automatic SQL Tuning Advisor run for special tuning task  "SYS_AUTO_SQL_TUNING_TASK"

ORA-00700: soft internal error, arguments: [kesqsMakeSql-invstat:elpsTime], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
