How to print footer only at the last page of each invoice in BI Publisher?

 How to print footer only at the last page of each multiple-page invoice?
I tried to use <?call:template?> but I need to have a control on it.
Is there any control we can use to print a template?

For example in the image below we hope to print the footer on page 2 but not on page 1 for the same invoice 54/RI:
