Cannot Book Order

When ever i enter a line in the sales order form two errors are generated. first is
XLE call raised error and just after this error another error comes which is
User-Defined Exception in Package OM_TAX_UTIL Procedure Tax_Line
actually i am using multiple operating units . The order which is entered from the Default Operating unit it is booked . but when i enter order from other operating unit this error come.
PLease help me in this regard.
