IBM zS: Calling all Linux on zSeries Oracle Database Users using FCP

I'm looking for other users that are running Oracle with Linux on zSeries and using FCP disk.  We have several Oracle database instances varying in size from 5gb to 4.5tb.  What are other Linux on zSeries Oracle users running?   How is your database performance?  If good, did you do anything special to get it there?  If bad, what have you tried to improve performance?

Any replies would be appreciated.
