Starting cluster ware stck on only one node - 11g R2 RAC

  we have a 2 node 11g R2 RAC

we stopped the cluster ware on both nodes using --> crs_stop -all

Now, if we need to start the cluster ware stack ONLY on node-1, how can we do that?
