database link compatibility between 8.0.5 and 10g database

 Hello,
We have a database link between oracle 8.0.5 and 9.2.0.6. The plan is to migrate the 9.2.0.6 database to migrate to 10g or upper.
Because of numerous circomstancies, it is not possible for us to upgrade the 8.0.5 database. So, is it possible to connect the 8.0.5 database to the 10g one?
