Report Manager with FSG drilldown

Looking for any ideas or experiences that others have had with RM/FSG drilldown:

Was running 11.5.10-2 - ATG-RUP5.  Tried to implement Report Manager with FSG drilldown but it had to many bugs.  Upgraded to ATG-RUP7 as it seemed to fix a ton of RM bugs.  Finally got the major peices of RM with FSG drilldown to kind of work.   Our summary FSG's can drill and publish.  But when trying to deal with our Detailed FSG's...cant publish it gives java heap errors.  I have the CM program java setting and Apache JVM set to 2.6GB.  I have tar open for weeks but there isn't alot of movement.  And when you try to view in Repository a Detailed FSG
