DBA Rollover Date Code - used to allow a fix date in World Software in the format MMDD (e.g. 0430)

When creating DBAs, we used to be able in World Software, on the then "F6 exit" (now on the Advanced DBA info window), not only to chose to base our anniversary rollover on any of the dates available in the employee master (and defined in UDC 06/AF), but also to chose to enter in that field (F069116/AFDT) a date using MMDD format (e.g. 0430 for April 30 of each year).  This would allow to process anniversary rollovers that are meant to occur on a specific fix date every year, without the need to populate this very same date to all
