Benefit Group Description and Categories of Benefits additional comments/descriptions on the EE enro

 In the World Software version, if we used the Text exit function of any Benefit Group or Category of Benefits (in the Generic Message table), any text we associated to a Benefit Group or to a Category of Benefits would display on the "Employee Enrollment with Eligibility" form. This would be very helpful to provide upfront instructions to the HR employee responsible for enrolling EEs.  When entering the employee number on the top of the form, the first thing that was displayed on the page was the text (unlimited) associated to the Benefit Group the employee was part of.  Additionally,
