Is there any standard functionality to email Sales Order Acknowledgement to customer contact email?
Purchasing allows users to email PO Documents to vendor contacts. Is there similar standard functionality in OM that allows emailing SO Acknowledgement reports to customer contacts? I'm aware of the EDI SO Acknowledgegment document, but we're looking specifically at email as the communications channel.
R12.0.6 is in use, with pending upgrade to 12.1.1 - if that makes any difference.
