Purchasing new server for in house apps

  We are purchasing a new server for our in house Oracle applications. We have:
approximately 300 concurrent sessions
Want to upgrade to Oracle 10.2.0.4
Would like to use Windows 2008 64-bit operating system
Database currently using about 20gig of hardrive space
Do you have any requirements for memory or processors?
Can you recommend memory and processor size?
