difference between requester and buyer

 hi,

i have created a requisition from i-procurement,while creating PO for the same requisition thru 'AUTO CREATE' am not able to query with the requisition number.

When i removed my employee details from the buyer field,i can able to view the requisition and also the same employee details if we give in the 'Requester' filed ...can able to view the requisition.

why is it so,please confirm?
