Converting to PDF does not work correctly in Autovue 20

I have a user that was recently upgraded from Autovue 19 to Autovue 20. In version 19, when converting to PDF the image looked fine. After the upgrade to version 20, PDF images now look "splotchy" as if they have been marked up with a highlighter. I can recreate the issue on another pc & have loaded both versions. Running them side by side, version 19 is fine, version 20 still creates a splotchy image. Does anyone know a fix for this. I can supply samples of the issue if needed.
