Sending dunning letters automatically to customer email

 Hi, I am currently on 11.5.10.2 oracle application. The requirement of the client is to send  dunning letters automatically to customer email.1) Is there any seeded functionality of oracle Receivable which support this ? 2) Is it possible through customisation ? 3) What needs to be done for that customisation? It is urgent. Please guide at the earliest. Thanks.
