Inventory issue to project across legal entities- Inter Company billing enabled

 Hi

is it possible to issue inventory items to Project in another LE using Cross Charge setup along with Intercompany billing ? This is without using Project Manufacturing ? Also is it possible to generate Inercompany Billing using available setup in project costing/billing ?

I have seen such a transfer in PJM and know that it is possible and assume that it is logical to use cross charging functionality like any other expenditure class?
