modifying receivable account based on revenue account

 I need to modify location and product segment of receivable account and derive based on revenue lines. Receivable account can also be split based on no of different revenue lines. How to achieve this in Receivables? One way I know is that I can modify SLA rules. but will it impact reporting in subledger
