Implement Hyperion Planning and reporting tool on 11.5.10 or wait until 12i implementation

 My company is planning to upgrade to Oracle 12i next year and we are planning to implement Hyperion Reporting and Planning tool as well.
Does it make sense to first upgrade to 12i and then implement Hyperion Reporting and Planning? Or can we implement Hyperion on the current 11.5.10 platform and the transition to 12i will not require too many setup changes? Does anyone have an idea on the LOE it takes to transition to 12i for Hyperion Reporting and Planning?
Any information on this concern is much appreciated.
