Agent Push to Cluster Nodes

in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) Question
Anyone having success pushing 11g agents to cluster nodes. This is giving me real problems, the wizard completes and says status is successful but all I end up with is userSetup.sh in the directory I specified for the agent home.

Also, anyone know if there is an approved way to keep the wizard from doing pings to verify node availability, we don't allow pings on our network in most cases.
