Has anyone configured EBT for a recoverable tax regime and non-recoverable tax regime within the sam

Greetings,

We just recently acquired a new company that does not recover VAT tax and our existing companies recover 100% of VAT tax.  Is there a way to configure two separate tax regimes (one recoverable and one non-recoverable) with two different legal entities in the same operating unit and have the correct tax regime show when creating an invoice in the Invoice Workbench?
