Delivery from LPN controlled to non-LPN controlled sub inventory

We have two orgs - A & B. A is the sourcing org and is LPN controlled.  The delivery is direct delivered into a non-LPN controlled sub inventory. Both are WMS enabled. We use MSCA for our inventory transactions.

We are unable to 'see' the serialize product in the receiving organization. Upon further investigation, the LPN is still on the serial number but there's no LPN on the item for receiving. We can manually break the link in order to receive, but wondered if this is an issue with our setup or if it's intended functionality.

We have a similar network where we are delivering to a non-LPN controlled warehouse that is not WMS enabled, and this was working fine. As soon as we changed the WMS enabled warehouse to be non-LPN controlled, it seems this 'broke' as well.
