Can we revert back the Closed Sales Order to Awaiting Shipping status.
Hi All,
I think the Subject really says everything.
We have a Sales Order where End user claims that he accidentally shipped a different line instead of another line in the Sales Order form.
Do we have any revert script which will take the status back from "Shipped/Closed" to "Awaiting Shipping".
I know this is insane considering the fact of all the Workflows, Inventory and many more things that need to be taken care of.
Please let me know if there is any script that exists out there.
