Radio Buttons

I am attempting to use radio buttons to add data to a specific column in a table. I want the radio button to represent what value are in that column and row. For example if I was setting user access and I created an administrative account. I want that radio button to be selected on the ADMIN value for that user. If anybody knows how to get this to work I would appreciate it.
