Benefits Self Service E-Mail Option

Is there a way to eliminate the 'E-mail to HR' that appears at the bottom of every screen in the Benefits Self Service Screens?  This is in addition to the options on the Benefits Confirmation Statements, P085518, where you can choose to 'Display' or 'Hide' the Print, E-mail, and Mail buttons.
