Tax account

Hi Friends,

After installing vertex the tax structure is State, County, City and at each level there are We have a tax  structure of state , county and city and for each tax there are different jurisdictions. If we set the tax account only at state jurisdictions level , will the county and city taxes also use the same tax at the state jurisdiction ?

 

Do we need to any othere setup's to achieve that . Please suggest
