Hi everybody

Currently, we have created a sales stage history report which shows the current opportunity revenue in each of our sales stages. The values that are presented is the value (total revenue) of the sales stages at the present time - based on the Expected Close Data.

We then copy the total value of each sales stage and insert in an Excel sheet where we track the value for each week.

Example from Excel (fictional values):

                     Week 33        Week 34

Prospect        4.775.000       4.775.000

Discovery      14.692.996     11.291.996

Auto (Quote)   4.267.992      4.267.992

Quote/Negotiation 49.796.409   46.918.803

Closed/Won   69.509.723    73.598.512

Closed/Lost      7.271.436     7.271.436

Total pipeline (Prospect -> Quote / Negotiation):

                     73.532.397     72.253.791

The purpose of this report is to track the development in the sales stages.

Howdy, Stranger!
