How to use multiple sampling plans at the time of incoming inspection?

Oracle Quality and Purchase: At the time of receiving inspection, the sample size for inspection depends upon the collection plan associated to sampling plan.

Problem Statement:

Is there a work around to use multiple sample sizes which are tied to the collection elements instead of collection plan?  Client requirement stems from the fact that, there are various types of collection elements eg. Visual , Dimensions, Failure test etc in a single Plan, and each of these elements have different sample size in a given collection plan for inspection. Depending upon the inspection results agaisnt each of these elements, the final acceptance or rejection of lot is decided.
