How to force the OM users to type in the credit card details on the order header instead of choosing

 Hello,


Since OM: Credit Card Privileges profile is set to Yes, the OM users can edit the credit card fields on the order header. Our requirement is that the OM users should not be able to see the LOV of the existing credit card details of the customer. They must type in the credit card details every time even if the customer has already placed an order with his credit card in the past. Is there any standard functionality to force the users to type in the credit card details every time?
