R12 Supplier Entry form vis-a-vis the old supplier entry form (pre-R12)

This is a general question to the community regarding the new supplier entry form in R12.

Supplier data in R12 is modeled based on TCA architecture which is considered an important improvement over earlier releases. However with R12 Oracle has introduced a new HTML form (jsp/OAframework based) for supplier entry in place of the old form (Pre-R12 - which was built using traditional forms builder). At the first look the new form layout appears logical and in line with the underlying TCA data model, however I find the old form much better in terms of user friendliness and flexibility. I have noticed the following drawbacks in particular
