Rules for Foreign Exchange Rates

Has anyone worked with Rules in Hyperion Financial Planning (I am using workspace version 9.3.1.1.0.0 with respect to converting foreign dollars into US dollars after rates have been set up in the system? I cannot find any examples of rules that show how to perform the calc and as we begin forecasting, one of our areas has several exchange rates to deal with. Any help is greatly appreciated.
