Database restore fails...

 Hi,

I took cold backup of oracle 10g database on aix server. While restoring it I am facing some issue. Could someone please help me here to restore the database.

SQL> STARTUP NOMOUNT
ORA-27091: unable to queue I/O
ORA-27069: attempt to do I/O beyond the range of the file
Additional information: 1
Additional information: 1

Note : I have checked the alert log and trace log. It is not updating also.
