Entering the first order for the new business group setup failed

Hi,

While entering the order I get the following popup

 

Scheduling failed

 

The requested item or one of its components is not collected.

I am trying to enter the order for the first time

application version: 12.1.1

Following note already tried and same result is there

Note: 420476.1 - Schedule Sales Orders Errors With The Requested Item Or One Of Its Components Is Not Collected
