/OVS chaged from symlink to directory

Hi, I had installed VM server 2.2 with default layout, a local repository was created under /var/ovs/mount/<uuid> and symlink /OVS pointing to the repository under /var/ovs/mount. Now I got some shared storage LUN allocated and I created ocfs2 file system on the shared storage and created a new repository. Everything is working as expected, I then deleted the local repository and one thing I observed is the /OVS  is now a directory instead of a symlink to the respository. The /OVS directory had a .ovs-agent file, can someone tell me what I did wrong and how to fix the problem.

Howdy, Stranger!
