OTL: R12.1.3 Upgrade - Transfer Time from OTL to BEE fails - completes with error but data exists

We are working in our first round of our upgrade for Oracle HRMS, version 12.1.3 and my Transfer Time from OTL to BEE is completing with an error and the log is stating that "query returned no results" but data does exist.  We use OTL - SS timecards to collect all our data and normally transfer from OTL to BEE to get the data into HR for processing timecard information to our payroll.  I have seen this error before but only when I'm attempting to look for retro timecards and none exist.  Normally, if timecards are approved and are ready to transfer, I do
