Differences between Workplan tasks and Financial tasks

I tried to find notes on Metalink describing differences between workplan tasks and finacial tasks. We use release 12.1.3 Assume that structures are non-shared, no mapping.

From many sources I find such important differences:

1) Versioning exists only for workplan structure. The same for Publishing.

2) You can use one page for creating and updating workplan tasks; you need to use different pages for creating and updating fintasks.

3) Deliverables exist only for workplan tasks.

4) Workplan tasks have more dates: sheduled, actual. Fintasks have only transaction dates.

5) Different ways for entering progress.

Do you confirm with this differences? What other important differences exist? Is there one useful note on Metalink for this question ?
