Agile 9.3 Upgrade - Oracle Examples

 Do I need the Oracle Examples installation for the Agile 9.3 upgrade?  I am trying to install them in the order Agile gave in their directions and when putting in the Oracle home directory I get an error that states files exist in that directory.
