11.0.3 Applications form customization.

  We have a need to customize a standard Oracle 11.0.3 Applicaitons form  (WIPTXSFM).   Here is what I have done so far.

 

1.  Copied the WIPTXSFM.fmb file to our Customizations directory.

2.  Renamed the file and changed the name on the properties tab.

3.  Compiled and genertated a new .fmx file.

4.  Registered the form in the application and added to the appropriate menu.

 

However, when I try to open the form through the application, I received several error messages and the form doesn't open.

Error messages:   

FRM-41085: Error gettting Group Row Count.

FRM-41075: Error deletin Group.

FRM-40738: Argument 2 to builtin DELETE_GROUP_ROW cannot be null.
