How can I setup an Unscheduled Maintenance Schedule Type to allow Multiple Cycle with Multiple Work

We are using JDE V9.0.   The client has the business requirement to allow multiple cycle/work orders for all Unscheduled Maintenance Service Types.  When the user enters a PM Schedule and selects Schedule Type = 1 Unscheduled Maintenance, all fields in the Schedule Interval section are blanked and locked.  Testing has shown that the system does not allow multiple cycles and work orders for these Schedule Types. 

 

I would have thought that it would not be uncommon to allow multiple cycles and work orders for an Unscheduled Maintenance Service Type as users may wish to report multiple problems over time for an Equipment item.
